Join the VIFC Cider Guild on March 29th for a spring cider social event. This event will kick off the VIFC Cider Guild 2025 calendar. We will be trying our hand at some blending. We will have fermented ciders (“Vilberie”- tannin, “Dolgo” - acid), along with some juice to bring up the the sugar content. Bring some of your own cider for blending experimentation and to share.

Location: Wideawake Barn at Brad & Erin’s place. The barn is enclosed, heated and well-lit! It’s a great place for some snacking, mixing and socializing.
